By submitting your products to Nemko's stress test facilities, you will be able to perform various types of tests such as HASS/HALT testing, shock testing, thermal shock testing and transportation loose cargo testing to mention a few.

HALT/HASS testing

Highly Accelerated Life Tests (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screens (HASS) are designed to be a faster and more efficient way of fault finding than traditional testing methods. With HALT/HASS you can speed up the design and testing phase of your product in development and reduce failures in the field or to consumer. With robust and reliable product design, the results are savings in both time and cost.

Thermal shock testing

Air to air thermal shock tests evaluates the reliability of products by repeatedly applying rapidly alternating high and low temperatures to them. Can your product or component withstand sudden changes in temperature? How many thermal cycles can your product or component withstand? These are critical questions regarding products that will be subject to harsh environmental conditions or used ruggedly.

Shock testing

Can your product withstand high G impact forces and short duration impulse loads? What is its fragility level? How well can it cope with handling and transportation? These questions are critical, for products used in all industries.

Transportation loose cargo testing

To ensure that your product reaches its intended destination fully functional. Nemko conducts transportation vibration testing per MIL-STD-810 Method 514 Procedure II (Loose Cargo Transportation).
